Husen Alting is a Rector of Universitas Khairun Ternate since 2013 until now. He specializes in preparation of regional regulation, development planning and Law education. He also work together with Non Govemrment Organization (UNDP, USAID) in the field of gender equality, conflict prefention and rehabilation in North Maluku since 2000.
Out of more than 17 has been published in science citation index (SCI/SCIE) technical journals. He has written three books and three book chapters and also 7 magazine. He completed around Rp 10,284,719.00 of external/internal research grant and consultation (as project leader & team member)

Bill is Professor for Heritage Resources Management, University of the Sunshine Coast, Australia. While his early learning was in the ecological and marine disciplines, a career in protected area management led him to sequentially shift focus towards managing people, tourism and cultural change. He has worked in Southeast Asia for more than 15 years and facilitated the preparation of the ASEAN Community-Based Tourism Standard. His work in Cambodia has been recognized by the Royal Government of Cambodia with three medals for contribution to sustainable tourism development. He has published over 240 scholarly articles that have attracted over 3000 citations. He maintains a h-index of 20 since 2016 (29 for all articles).
Since 2016 He become as Co-editor, Australasian Journal of Environmental Management, Journal of the Environment Institute of Australia and New Zealand, Taylor & Francis, 4-editions per year, c50% rejection rate. He also a Member of the World Commission on Protected Areas, IUCN World Conservation Union and Member Environment Institute of Australia and New Zealand and as Editor Australasian Journal of Environmental Management.

Indra Kesuma Nasution Ph.D. is a consultant, trainer, business matchmaking, and speaker in Japanese business culture. He completed his Doctoral degree in Graduate School of International Development Studies (GSID), Nagoya University, Japan. He is a lecturer at the Faculty of Social and Political Science, Universitas Sumatera Utara, Indonesia, and advisor of ANC Japan Kaizen Development Center and Kebun technology
When he was studying doctoral in Japan, He had the opportunity to learn kaizen and omotenashi directly from Hitoshi Yamada, a trustful person of Ohno Taiichi, the father of Toyota Production System (Kaizen). Based on his experience in Japan, he published a book entitled work ethic of the world: Introduce of Kaizen and Omotenashi Japan (Budaya Kerja Kelas Dunia: Mengenal Kaizen dan Omotenashi Jepang) in 2020. This book is available at Gramedia bookstore.
Throughout his career, He has an important role as collaborator MoU between the Ministry of Economic Coordinator Republic of Indonesia and Aichi Prefecture (2017). This cooperation includes economics, human resources, and technology, he creates Japan Digital Collaboration (JDC) as a new platform to promote ASEAN countries products and online business matching. This platform already launches in Cambodia and Indonesia. He also concerns to encourage human resource Indonesia with the program Japan Career Expo 2018. He invites 52 CEOs from Japan to interview 2200 participants from Indonesia. This activity was held in collaboration with the Ministry of Manpower of Indonesia and ANC Japan. He also has activities as a consultant and business matchmaking in Japanese and Indonesian companies such as kaizen, omotenashi, export-import products, food and beverage, tourism, creative industry, and renewable energy. His client such as After Fit Energy in Tokyo, PDS Hotel in Tokyo and Bali, Persol; the HRD company in Tokyo, Chubu Ecotec; waste management company in Nagoya, Hokben, Bank Sumut, Statistics Indonesia Board of Bangka Belitung Province) and also Cambodian Companies.
